Welcome! Nice to have someone on the inside around. Maybe some of us will be there in the fall for a plant tour if things can get figured out between SoA and SIA. :)

I almost crashed driving down to Indianapolis for the USGP...there is a stand just outside the Subaru plant that has a new Legacy (and Outback, I think) on it. I thought for a second that it was a rest stop, and that there was actually someone driving the car, but no, it was just a static display. :lol: Kevin

Plant tour, was supposed to be set up by someone at SoA, but came down to last minute and things fell apart. Not a big deal to me, gave me more time to work and will have the new car to make the trip, but I'll make sure to inform anyone interested about making a trip to the factory if/when it will happen, next target date is in August/Sept hopefully. Should work for me. :)

My car was ordered June 15th. It was one of the last to get on the assembly line before the cutoff. When do you think it'll make it out to CA?

The Imprezas are getting the 5x114, but not the Legacies...just yet. I rather imagine that eventually, everything in the line will be 5x114. Kevin

Another question from another thread: How, if at all, does the strut valving and spring rates differ between the USDM GT and the JDM GT? Is SPT going to bring over the some of the STi Legacy parts? Is SPT going to have Bosal create a Legacy GT exhaust? Also, I haven't seen the back of the Legacy stereo yet, but the WRX stereo had a connector in the back that no one could figure out its use. Does the Legacy have that connector, and if so, what is it for? And when are we going to get some answers to the previous USDM questions?

Seconding what SC GT has queried, even if we don't know precisely how the USDM strut differs from the JDM strut; 1. What type of strut do we get? 2. What are the spring rates? 3. Do the wagon and sedan have the same spring rates, or, as per Subaru usual, does the wagon get higher rear rates than the sedan? Kevin
