Kaijubei
These aren't blacked out, but rather, I used a metallic dark gray color called "Carbon Mist". http://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae125/kaijubei/2012%20LGT/For%20Sale%20LGT/20130303_135720_zps7d392ce9.jpg http://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae125/kaijubei/2012%20LGT/For%20Sale%20LGT/20130507_185752_zps57bddeb6.jpg
GTEASER
^^Kai, that looks very nice. Because it's almost black I think it works. I'm gonna guess that it's probably not going to look good. IMHO with the Carmel Bronze body color you are going to need to pull out all the stops trying to get it to look aggressive. Body colored headlights will just make it look more wimpy. Philnakron
So you guys think going straight black will pull the aggressive look off with the caramel bronze? I was also pushing around the idea of "hyper black". But it's just so hard to really tell the color when not in person. Kinda like these wheels....http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/02/11/9u2ezady.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was looking at your pic of the wheels blacked out in the othe thread. I think that's too much for the wheels, hyper-black or hyper-silver would look better for wheels. Black out headlights, center of grille, leave chrome around windows and grille, darkish silver wheels. km580
Here's pix of mine I did over the summer, I used Rustolium Satin black. I was a little nervous about doing it myself, but it is real easy. Just take your time. Also, don't bother with the trigger spray can from Rustolium, it drips all over the place. The regular spray tip is better. Once you spray them, let them dry in the sun for a least a day if not longer before you put them back together so you don't get fogging on the inside. shribob
yes, white is by far my favorite color in a car. I plan to have a white car the rest of my life =) They are actually LED. I was hoping they would be a bit brighter, but still love how they look.

shribob
A former vendor on here did them for me (idrvslo). He is no longer is on here. I would imagine a place like lightwerkz (http://www.lightwerkz.net/) in NJ may have a few choices.
Perscitus
This. I had mine done there and they came out great. Cesar (the owner) is a good guy. Same with his crew. Plus now they have a proper shop with lots of space and equipment. They can do most anything. From blackouts to retrofits, halos, custom wiring, etc. My younger brother will be bringing his 2015 wrx there for some headlight work come April. SubieMT
Just looking at most of these pictures I love the look of the 10' - 12' headlamp assemblies blacked out then the 13' - 14' assembly. Not sure why though lol! Maybe it has to be the 13' has that elevated flat part right before the turn signal. While the earlier models flow better
