carnumber19
Have a cracked exhaust manifold and need to replace it. For the cost of buying another factory manifold I found some cheapo stainless headers on EBay. Has anyone actually used these? Worth getting or just stick to the factory manifold? I don't want to spend the 300 or so on a name brand header, trying to save cash for other things.
B-BGTLimited
I think fitment seems to be the biggest issue... Also the possibility of cracking on some of the welds on the up pipe. I would think if the header is spaced properly, clears everywhere, and comes with a flex up pipe then it should be ok. But that's just my opinion... I don't have any experience with it. subikid90
They work awesome. Many people around here have them and have to problems with them. If anything you have to force the headers on but nothing you cant do. -Subikid90 1997 Legacy GT 5spd & EJ251 w/EJ25D heads ~10.5CR 1998 Legacy GT Limited waiting for EJ22T hybrid swap
