2000 Legacy Clutch Feel?

Hey,

 

I just drove a 2000 Legacy Wagon 5MT with 104k mi and the clutch felt odd. Its travel wasn't smooth, and felt like it had a 'hump' in the force needed to press it. Definitely not going to buy it, had a bunch of other issues, just wondering if this is normal or not?
