Istvan_Sz Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 Hello! Here in Sweden we have Haynes Manual for Volvo and SAAB. No Subaru what so ever. So, like the topics says, is there a Haynes Service Manual for a Legacy 2008 2.0R in the US? If so how can I buy one for mine? Thanks in advance!
legacy25gt07 Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 As far as I know, u have too get the manual through the dealer. I've tried for my 07 legacy 2.5gt and can only get it from the dealer, but it's expensive.
lofthouse_gt Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 IStvan_Sz- We do actually have haynes manuals here, for our Legacy's, but unfortunetly we do not have a 2.0R in the US. We use different motors and I am assuming a lot of the interior stuff is different also. Sorry

"We are very "smart" and thinking of our environment!." -Yeah, right! I call it tax fraud! I figure the interior sould be the same. Looking at the US import cars. How mutch for a Haynes Service manual in US?
Windy Road Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Look for "vacation" photos on here. Its what you need minus your different motor. Haynes manuals stink, they couldn't tell me how to remove a headlamp housing on a thunderbird. 276hp/347tq On a DynoJet Dyno Video - Had a big lean spot as you can tell in the second pull
Istvan_Sz Posted January 23, 2014 Author Posted January 23, 2014 Little late, but thank you very much!
DonnyJagaru Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 I've found Youtube to be an awesome resource for working on cars. Especially if you don't want to damage something while dismantling. There's even a video on how to removed the back seat of my Legacy which came in very handy when installing my audio equipment.
