B4GT
that's nice looking kit, front end is almost carbon copy of the new M5 sedan. Still Looks nice though. Who makes this kit?
apexjapan
K2 gear's kit. http://www.sevenphotos.com/dev/hyperrev/k2gear_01.jpg http://www.sevenphotos.com/dev/hyperrev/k2gear_02.jpg We can get it from them, just not the cheapest, and shipping is the usual pain. Looks good, so if there is a large enough order, can probably make the shipping price more reasonable via a sea crate. mvigneau
I like that front bumper but without the side skirts and rear bumper but still nice. Do you have any pics of a sedan one? I like that grill. It removes the chrome from the surrounding but leaves it in the center (subtle but nice). I don't like that wing though. apexjapan
There wasn't any on a sedan at the show. However, the car is identical between the wagon and sedan except for the rear bumper. IwannaSportSedan
If I had a Legacy GT sedan, i would be interested in importing the K2 front bumper and JDM beam, and perhaps a ZeroSports Spec B Mesh Grille. (I am under the impression that the JDM Subie mesh grille won't fit a spec-b bumper, and thus not this one.) But alas, I have no Legacy, yet. so don't count for me. yet. colatkitty
Absolutely the best looking front bumper I've seen for our car. Love to find out how much it would cost to have it shipped here.
SUBE555
How about throw a price on the table of that with the JDM bumper beam?
mach_six
Too bad that GTBGuy on Nasioc doesn't have an LGT. I remember they ordered body kit parts and had a company in CA made CF body parts or maybe we can do something similar with the Blitzen body kit. apexjapan
Hello guys, The K2gear front bumper retails for around $850usd, painted I believe, and their front "eyelids" cost about $165usd for the pair. A front bumper beam would be about another $155usd, and if you wanted them as well, the foam inserts are another $45usd. Shipping would be the expensive part, it's going to cost about $300-500usd per bumper-sized box to air freight it to your door in America. Shipping via sea would cost about the same for an individual box. If a larger order was placed, shipping costs would go down as we could ship a large box with 5 or more bumpers via sea, and halve shipping costs. awd-turismo
Paul, If that price includes painting, sign me up. I'd be curious about other misc. hardware to complete the fit, though. wayne53
awd-turismo, someone already attempted the JDM bumper install. Do a search to see what all was needed. -Tyler
awd-turismo
awd-turismo, someone already attempted the JDM bumper install. Do a search to see what all was needed. -Tyler Yes, thatericguy has made the most progress from what I've seen. However, in his summary... "Cliff Notes: JDM bumper does not fit on USDM bumper beam even without foam. Modification of USDM beam or JDM beam is REQUIRED. Other issues are USDM grille does not fit, fog lights possibly not fitting properly and underbody plastic difference." It appears that there is enough underbody difference in plastic to require additional pieces or custom brackets so that the plastic push pins line up. These are probably not a big deal, though. a-t

LandShark
That is a sweet looking bumper...but I'd hate to give up the fog lights. I also like this bumper from Gialla. I know the lines aren't as sexy. I'm seriously thinking about getting this carbon fiber hood. Everything must wait until I sell my house, hopefully in the next few weeks. Then I'd be on your list. apexjapan
The bumper from gialla is actually just a half-bumper lip spoiler on top of a regular JDM bumper. To get it to fit, you would also need to order a JDM bumper as well. CreoSTi
asked for a new price unpainted...because i truthfully dont trust shipping painted body parts. Here's a testament to AVO's shipping of painted parts; http://www.mcnproductions.com/lgt/exterior/specb.jpg The bumper arrived with nary a scratch/blemish. Too bad it was 2-3 shades too dark, so I had to get it repainted anyway. Is the K2 Gear bumper urethane? -Mike-
