wrxkilla05 Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 okay so i dont know alot about brakes but when i brake in my lgt my steering wheel shakes like crazy and that leads me to believe that my brakes are the problem.....but is it pads? rotors? or both? any help would be great thanks
wrxkilla05 Posted June 28, 2010 Author Posted June 28, 2010 thats what i figured but wasnt sure......it only does it sometimes though id say like 65% of the time so does that mean that they are warping? and should i buy all new rotors?
BennnGeee Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Take them in and if they are within spec they can machine them if not you will have to purchase new ones.
kneedragger Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Take the pads out, rub them on some rough concrete then emery the discs to roughen them up too then go and try ur brakes. Good chance they will be ok.
