Like Tommy said, they will fit, however on the 08, the grill is going to leave a HUGE gap between the grill and the bumper. The 05 - 07 grill is much narrower than the 08 - 09 grill. They'll need to be sent out to for a cleaning, I pulled them because they were old/dirty and I was getting a CEL. If you want em, I'll try to find them.
