They can take abuse they just dont move around as much as the original ones... I love them.. Also H&R springs are very nice thats what i have on now... I'm kinda pissed. I took off the flaps today, and I like the look better. then again, I didn't have the RA ones. but still, holes are there; I put the screws back in there to kinda cover them up, but definitley lower then mount the flaps. go H&R i'm loving mine!
