EJ22 Group Spamming....

Recommended Posts

I figured I'd spam the EJ22 group on this board, since the last thread I made a long time ago was on the "Older Legacy Performance" Board.

The EJ22 engine made history when it was introduced in the first generation Legacy in 1989. It was the largest, most powerful engine Subaru had ever released at the time. Not only that, but it was also mounted in the largest vehicle Subaru had ever created at the time. The original Legacy was the breakthrough Subaru needed to put it on the map. The first gen EJ22 had ground breaking features for 1989-1994. Such features included sequential-port fuel injection (SPFI Better than MPFI), distributor-less electronic ignition, balanced, boxer layout, SOHC (Not so advanced for the time, but still cool), 4 speed auto trans came with a locking torque converter and "Manual" mode. The car was equally ground breaking with standard A/C, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, lumbar support, tilt steering wheel, 4 wheel disc brakes, 4 wheel independent suspension, and Panasonic tape deck with equalizer. Options included turbo, CD player, cruise control, sunroof, ABS, AWD, air-ride suspension, 15" alloy wheels, and more! This car put Subaru on the map.

Anyway, the Official www.LegacyGT.com EJ22 group is located at http://legacygt.com/forums/group.php?groupid=10

Its free and its part of the LegacyGT.com forums!

Join, discuss, be merry. We have to get more members and show those "Tri-State" members who's boss!

Seriously though, not that it matters or anything, but the EJ22 group grew so fast after it was made that it only took about 2 weeks to climb to the second most popular group in terms of mermbership, and first most popular in terms of discussions and pictures.

What are you first gen guys waiting for, go join and keep the group alive!

For a group as large as the EJ22 group, we also have some of the least popular message boards on the entire LGT forum (First and Second Generation Legacy).
