SpecB69
I have heard that the under the seat OEM subwoofer won't work in my 2006 Spec B because I have part of the navi under my drivers seat. Is this true? Can I put it under the passengers seat? My mom has a legacy with one under her seat and it sounds soooo much better than my system. I don't want to do anything too complicated. Any ideas?

mdd
Here is the link: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/2005-legacy-sub-installed-yesterday-pictures-2084p8.html?highlight=oem+subwoofer It is pretty easy to do. I didn't bother with taking the seat out. It isn't a clean install when compared to a driver side installation. My floor mat needed to be tucked under the sub (only about 1/4"). I left a little room between the underseat brace and the sub to prevent rattles and knocking as the sub does move around a bit when being used. Have Fun. Mr. Sinister
It fits. I had to bend the bracket and then drill new holes in the bracket so I could mount the sub sideways so it wouldn't interfere with the WeatherTech liner that I had in the back.
