She was in a long line of cars, alternatively not paying attention and then zooming to catch up...coffee and cell phone driver. I'm guessing he rear ended a motorcycle, or it is possible it was a head-on. If that was big rig bumper that he hit, I doubt the windsheild would have that pattern in it, or even broken at all. Just guessing tho, not an accident reconstruction expert.
