phenryiv1
Why pay someone to do springs... its so easy... I know how... and that is saying a LOT!!!! But yeah Agile does cost a lot but they do great work and are local to you guys. I guess because some guys don't have the right tools. Even without a jack and stands you need a socket and box end wrench set, spring compressors, and a breaker bar is helpful. Additionally, a torque wrench is essential. One time I let a guy buy me some new tools in exchange for installing springs and struts for him. It cost him $120 to get me new 1/2" craftsman sockets, breaker bar, and some good box end wrenches. Still cheaper than paying a shop to do it, but if you don't have the tool or the skills, a DIY on springs is not the place to start. LegacyGTBiggie
Spring compressors can be "borrowed(read 30 day return policy)" at autozone. And basic hand tools. But if you dont have thsoe... I guess pay a shop.
