valerka
I was replacing my SPT intake with a stock air box from an 05 LGT, and after removing the SPT I still have a sort of a rubber monting thing with a bolt on top which used to have the mounting bracket for SPT intake connected to. Te problem is that I am not able to remove that part, and it looks like one of the the mounting bolts for the air box is supposed to go in that spot. Does any one know what I am talking about, it is the two bolts that connect to the frame at the bottom. Is there any difference in air box setups from 2005 and 2007? Is there a special way to remove that mounting bolt? Thank you all!

FredBeans
Can you take a picture so I can see exactly what you are talking about?
m sprank
05 and 07 have different air box mounts. 05 has one tab and 07 has two (or other way around, I forget). Tabs are at "feet" and mount to frame rail. Otherwise boxes are identical.

m sprank
Thats left over from the intake. If you wrench on the rubbber you will lose the stud in the threaded hole and have to use an "out". Soak that b*** in PB Blaster and see if she loosens up. You need to get it out.
