Factory MP3 Radio

Any know have any good sources for factory radio unit that can play MP3's and has the Auto Climate Controls? My car has Auto Climate but no Mp3 capabilities which is a bummer.

do you want ot play mp3 discs, or do you want to add a aux. plug for a mp3 player?

you can modify the oem unit so its capable of playing a mp3 palyer.

Good point, it is probably easier to add the auxilary jack so I can plug in an external MP3 player into it. That is easier than dealing with CD's with MP3's burnt to them. What is the modification so you can access the auxilary input?

or you can go the FM transmitter route. I would have to say that the OEM one for my Zune has amazing output and very little if not sometimes no static. But thats what you get when you spend $80 for one.

yea they are very easy to find as long as you don't have the automatic dual climate control.

Of course I have automatic climate control . I'll call some junk yards and see if they have any..

 

Does anyone know if these head units were added into specific cars? it sounds like 07/08 GT's had it correct?
