Scooter
I need to arrange for some renters insurance in the next few days, and my auto insurer - Wawanesa - does not offer those policies. (Only has home-ownership policies.) Does anyone here have a renter's policy and/or have a recommendation? Anyone here sell insurance? I'm in Torrance, if it matters. Thanks... Scooter
Thanks, but... AAA dropped me a number of years ago, and I'm still bitter about it, so I choose not to do business with them. Scooter
Sure, why not? I guess I'll be making a few calls, anyway, to check pricing. PM me the info if you don't want to post it - Thanks! Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post! TrueWhiteBoy
Actually I just came to the realization that I lack renter's insurance too, so if you're going to PM Scooter with info, I could use it too. And yeah, wawanesa rules
seanlsb
It's worthwhile to consolidate your policies. Even if you're getting a deal on auto, there's some value in writing one and only one check. I use State Farm for all my insurance, and I'm marginally happy. I used N-wide back in Ohio and loved it. Really the company doesn't matter - it's the agent. S/he is your advocate and core customer service rep. At the end of the day, they're the one who wants to earn your business. Naylor - if you have a friend who is a rep, please let me know who it is. My business is always for sale.
