DirtyDirtyHouse
So I have a StopTech BBK kit in my garage with tons of drool all over it. I have wheels (18X7.5) that are 48mm offset. I know... not gonna work. I was told 5mm spacers all around should do the trick. I took off the rim and measured with the StopTech template, and it seems to be correct. I want to clean the drool off and get the brakes installed. Can't find a place to purchase 5mm 5X100 spacers that would fit. Any suggestions? And "No" I don't wanna buy new rims as I'm now out of cookie jar money.
GTTuner
If you add a 5mm spacer you might need longer wheel studs. Google wheel spacers and there are companies that will custom make what you want.
SubyShop.com
A customer ran a 5mm spacer on his WRX for his AP brakes and AFAIK, he had stock length studs. I imagine we could get some wheel spacers too but I came across this site to get an idea of what companies make them. http://www.optionsauto.com/products.asp?dept=420 -Franz

akline5
Check out wheeldude.com I remember seeing some 5mm spacers on there for relatively cheap...
05gtlimited300
check out wheeldude or fastwrx. 5mm is the largest you want to go before changing to an extended stud
