Imrac
Does anyone have a DIY write up with pictures on how to lube the window track and motor components and locks? I feel like this should be done around 100,000mi Just pop the panels off and carefully pull off the vapor barrier. Should be pretty straight forward. Lube anything that moves lol. Mega Users paintpollz Posted June 11, 2011 Mega Users Share Posted June 11, 2011 Alright. I'm going to assume they pop off like the other interior pieces. I might do a write up on this next week "Remember Danny - Two wrongs don't make a right but three rights make a left."
dwolson2
you would have to search, but you remover the cover from behind the door handle(opener), and half of the door handle(the one you use to pull the door closed) and remove 2 screws. Then the bottom of the trim has to be popped off(soft cloth and a butter knife, or a plastic tool if you have it) and then the whole thing slides up. The fronts are easier then the backs because of linkage, but otherwise they are both fairly easy after you've done it a few times
