eddieddieddie
Hi all, Basically I wondering if anyone could give an idea on where the aerial cable comes out at the dashboard end? I've bought a '94 Legacy station wagon and the owner before put in a new head unit in however he wasn't interested in listening to the radio, so when he discovered he'd needed to extend the lead by 20cm he didn't bother and just left if unconnected (so not radio reception). I'd like to get the radio working but can't see anything back behind the radio which looks like a slightly too short aerial lead. Could anyone give me some advice on where the cable will come from - is it down the middle of the car passing under the hand break etc, or does it come down the side of the car that the aerial is actually mounted on? Thanks! Eddie
freeboostr
Hi eddie, i just found this same issue myself but i was lucky enough to still have the factory head unit still installed, the aerial cable can be found on the passenger side of the gearshift tunnel, coming from beside the seat to just next to the center console where the stereo is mounted. hope this helps.
