Really not as hard as you think; just time consuming. ***I found that baking the lights @ 260 for 15 min was the magic number for them to pull right apart with minimal effort. rtbrjason Posted June 4, 2009 Share Posted June 4, 2009 Wow, those look great! I'm such a wuss. I'm afraid to try this. I made the attempt while I had my grill and fog surrounds out for painting. I couldn't get the front bumper off. Pretty sure I had all the pop-its out etc, but it didn't want to come off and I didn't want to break anything. After I pulled out the chrome reflector, I masked off the strip at the bottom, the two "rings" around the headlight and the drl, and the area around the turn signal. I sprayed everything else black.
