vitaliy_08
I finally installed my 6000k Japanese VOLT HID kit and here are a few pictures of the setup. There is a pic of the driver's side set up (pic 6), I used zip ties to secure the ballast. I don't have pictures of the passenger side, but I secured the ballast underneath the air intake box with zip ties. Also there are some pictures for comparison between stock halogen H7s and VOLT HID. They look really blue for a few seconds after turning them on, but they slowly turn a cool white color after a minute. I think that 5000k would be a perfect color for this kit, but they currently don't make that temperature. However, I still like the 6000k output and I'm very impressed with the light output. I would definitely recommend the VOLT HID kit. The bulbs turn on each time, but you have to leave them off when starting a cold engine (I think our batteries are kind of weak especially when they are cold). If you try to start a cold engine with the HIDs in the ON position, the passenger side may not fire up...but if your engine is warmed up, then they fire up each time.
