Sean05
I have a bone stock 2005 Legacy 2.5i and I recently received a CEL for code P1400 - Fuel Tank Pressure Control Solenoid Valve Circuit Low. Does anyone know what could cause this? Does anyone know of a fix for this? I cleared the code and it re-appeared within a day. Thanks
blackfang
I would look into replacing the pressure control solenoid. The solenoid can go bad creating a change in the circuit causing the CEL. I have seen one where it built pressure too fast causing a CEL Pics 08 KawasakiZZR 600- exhaust and other mods 98 Camaro Z/28 HT- some mods......street/strip car 07 Legacy 2.5i- SPT exhaust...daily driver
Sean05
Does anyone know of the part number for the solenoid. Also, it appears from the TSB (#11-75-05) that my car (VIN **215666) was one of the 2005.5 cars where they seemed to remove the part. It seems odd that I would receive a P1400 when there appears to not be a solenoid there.
