Yay Spring Time!!!

LGTPD

Recommended Posts

I guess its kinda that time of year again...

new "summer" setup for me this year

Rota Torques in Gun Metal paired with some 225/45/17 Toyo Proxes 4 tires.

So far the first few on-ramps have felt unbelievably fun:)

I was kinda "forced" to take off the winters a little earlier then I would have liked too.. due to a "pothole" incident...

see other thread at...

I guess there not really anything special.. but i love em..

also installed some Rally Armor UR mudflaps a little while ago...

Great minds think alike! I put my 18" Rota Tarmac III's with 235 general exclaim UHPs on this weekend. I hope you realize that under Murphy's law we have invited the snow god to take a huge ginormous dump on our heads!

Anyway, first time with these wheels and tires since I switched over to a JDM GT RevC setup with a cobb rear sway....

I'm picking up an accessport later this week, I am totally diggin' my new ride!!!!

Thanks guys,

...not that I ever really stopped starring at my car... but I now seem to have found a whole new reason to stare...

I can't get over how much i love the way these look...

Why though does the one tire say urban in white letters?

I got the wheel/tire setup for a shop here in Calgary called "Urban Expressions"

really great service, highly recomonend for anyone local...

They even helped me out with dismounting my busted tire of the broken rim... Oya.. I killed the tire too

Good news is since sooo little was worn off, i will be able to replace just the one tire and still be within "spec" they only had 8k km (5k miles)

and why hasnt anyone else shared pic???

i can't be the only person with new wheels!!, hell mine arnt even all the special comapred to some of you guys out there.. lol

LGTPD .. are those mudflaps hard to put?

not even the least bit...

i didnt even bother with useing an "offset" screw driver like they recomend...

front are simple just turn the steering wheel in the appropriate direction,

for the back ones, i jacked up and removed my wheels

Instructions they provide are realy good so it shouldnt be a porblem for anyone...

They are a bit pricey, but i think they are worth it :)
