Bear
I am currently at work and can't really search, BUT I am looking for the following. Any help would be amazing. "Angel Eye"/Halo DRL Fog Light install kit Tail light black out I am also looking for bulbs that have a really nice xeon look. Thank you in advance.
DarkOblivion000
For angel eye kits, I would recommend RPM's CCFL kit. I had the DDE kit and it was really fat... hard to reclose the headlights after install. I also have smoked taillight overlays from lamin-x, not sure if that's what you're looking for or if you wanted to actually open up the taillights and smoke them. I posted pics but they are in some other thread... lol... Trumbull/Stamford eh... I'm around the area too actually, and I have a 08 SWP 2.5i If you want a xenon look just get HID's. They're not hard to install and they will last much longer and are much brighter than any POS xenon look-alike halogen bulbs. There are pics all over the place. Bear
Ah nice, I probably have passed you, I am always commuting. How do the overlays look compared to actually smoking them?

Pig Pen
i would recommend a set of PIAA crystal ion yellow fog light bulbs... they are ~70 off the PIAA website but i got my set off ebay for ~40 shipped... install is a breeze, as long as you know how to change a lightbulb, it should not take you longer than 15 minutes... The output on the PIAA yellows is noticably better than stock, i never noticed my stock fog lights but i would always have them on for aesthetic purposes... the PIAA's illuminate a solid 10ft in front of your car, and when driving New Englands crap roads its a big help in avoiding pot holes... and if you go HID with the yellows your car looks sexy:dm:, i would post a pic but im at work... definatly some lexus resemblance imo... and if you place the PIAA sticker under your hood its good for 5hp to the wheels
DarkOblivion000
DarkOblivion000, who the hell is that in your avatar? Aria Giovanni. I see you are a fan. Ah nice, I probably have passed you, I am always commuting. How do the overlays look compared to actually smoking them? Couldn't tell ya. I haven't seen any real smoked taillights actually, but I can tell you I think my overlays look great. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71215&page=25&highlight=lamin-x
DarkOblivion000
If you go PIAA's, be careful. There are TONS of threads out there with people complaining how their PIAA's burn out in a month or two. It is a fact that PIAA's run hotter than stock, and can problems with the headlight brackets I believe. HID's on the other hand, will usually not have that problem, and if they are known to, they usually come with brackets that can withstand the heat.
