GP2001
So I recently lowered my car on Tein H-techs and I love them. Car looks great, ride is still smooth. However I reused my stock top mounts and it turns out they are due to be replaced, after moving them they clunk a tad now. I was thinking as much as I like the H-techs I would prefer a little bit more of a drop in the front, like another .5 inches, I like a little bit of forward rake. So I was thinking of trying out some S-techs in the front and H-techs in the rear to achieve this. Opinions? Will handling be funky/ride be bad/ look stupid? Anyone done this? ________ Magic Launch Box Review

MiniStiGuy
Get a set of 18" rims and it will fill it up nicely. I run H-techs and am on 18's and the gap is even front to back. OEM HID's Rx330 Retro
katalyst
About two weeks now, I'm assuming this is enough time, think it needs even longer? it might, i don't specifically recall how long it took my car but when i first put them on my front was all jacked up and it looked pretty weird but now it looks fine crappy photo of my car: http://i410.photobucket.com/albums/pp181/katalyst112/P1010953.jpg stance is pretty even for the most part. i would say just give it a bit more time before pulling the trigger on anything

NSFW
Someone here has done the S-front / H-rear thing already, but I forgot who. With enough searching you might be able to find pictures though. I have an extra set of H-tech rears if any S-tech people want to raise the back a little.
boostsr20
Someone here has done the S-front / H-rear thing already, but I forgot who. With enough searching you might be able to find pictures though. I have an extra set of H-tech rears if any S-tech people want to raise the back a little. That was me. I ran the S techs up front for a different reason though. To combat the spec B top hats extra 1/2 inch of ride height. So, I really can't help with pics of a raked LGT but I can say that the S techs up front match the stiff H tech rears better than the H tech fronts did. I love the extra spring rate up front. Car rides firm but not harsh. ALso have an IPD rear sway. EDIT: Using Bilstein HD's.
