1-3-2-4
just great... my tire in the front (right front) got stuck with something.. looked like a screw as I was coming back from the beach.. now I need 4 new tires which could be a good thing since the last owner had 3 tires from Toyo and one from firestone on... at least the car came with the spare from the factory... funny I thought I pushed the tire off the bead (happened when i was driving hard) but not so lucky today anyways enough yapping... my whole plan was to use the stock tires for a pure snow tire but I guess it's going to have to be all seasons now... so here are some I'm looking at General Altimax RT http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=General&tireModel=Altimax+RT&vehicleSearch=true&partnum=87TR4AMAXRT&fromCompare1=yes&place=3&speed_rating=S&speed_rating=T&speed_rating=U&speed_rating=H&speed_rating=V&speed_rating=Z&speed_rating=W&speed_rating=Y&speed_rating=(Y)&minSpeedRating=S Dunlop SP 60 http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Dunlop&tireModel=SP+60&vehicleSearch=true&partnum=87SR4SP60&fromCompare1=yes&place=8&speed_rating=S&speed_rating=T&speed_rating=U&speed_rating=H&speed_rating=V&speed_rating=Z&speed_rating=W&speed_rating=Y&speed_rating=(Y)&minSpeedRating=S
987687
... the last owner had 3 tires from Toyo and one from firestone on... I wouldn't have bought it for that exact reason. Hope your AWD isn't messed up...
1-3-2-4
I don't care about that (the AWD is fine) since I will be later on upgrading to a LSD mechanical rear, Front and LSD center. But not all at the same time because i'm not made of money lol Anyways if anyone could help with the tire selection.. right now I'm so far sticking with the Dunlop's.. remember it's going to be an all season tire on the stock wheels... I'm still going to mount some WRX wheels for just summer tires.
KnifeyMcShanker
Well, I know it's not one of the ones that you've posted, but I used Yokohama S-Drives for a bit, liked them but they took forever to heat up and they had floppy sidewalls. now I use Federal SS535's and I love them. THey wear quickly though, if that's an issue for you.
1-3-2-4
I hate floppy sidewalls the last tires I had on my impreza i was able to get the mud flaps to hit the ground getting on the on-ramp hard.. I always thought i was going to flip over sometimes because of how it sounded.
