threenails86
Has anyone mounted 205/55 R16 Vredestein Quatrac 3s on their 16x6.5 rims? The stock RE92s are great for summer but I'm a little concerned come once the snow flies in Oct/Nov (being in Minnesota and all...). From experience on other FWD cars, the Quatrac 3s pull hard in snow and ice yet handle pretty well in summer. I'm just curious.
krzyss
So ADAC did a test last fall and Vredestein Quatrac 3 was included (and some German auto magazines). I think they wrote it was contitionally acceptable and its weakest point was wet performance. If you can read Polish here is a link http://www.auto-motor-i-sport.pl/magazyn/Zabezpieczanie-sladow-test-opon-zimowych-872-8.html#gallHead Krzys

threenails86
Well, ok, for stock tires lawl . EITHER WAY, I'm sure the Vredesteins will perform better in snow.
