Auto-down Window Problem?

I've searched a lot but found nothing on this

 

Just in the past two days, and only intermittently, I've found that when I use the auto-down feature on the driver's window, it'll stop before it gets all the way down. And it's not consistent at where it stops. Sometimes only half way down, another time it was 3/4s the way down and just this morning it was approx. 7/8ths the way down.

 

Granted it's been really cold since this started happening... like under 10 degrees F.

 

Is the window stopping because it's feeling resistance from the frozen rubber/weather stripping? I have no idea how it works.
