Ryandigi
Hoping that some of those who have swapped specb springs and kept their struts could chime in on what they found were good matches. I thought of getting swifts and still am, but have read some posts where people find them unbearably harsh even on HD bilstiens (JDM spec b struts I believe). So for cost issue I was thinking swifts, cobbs, or ralliteks. Would like to know how ride height and roll was affected for any of those lgts running around with US specb struts and aftermarket springs. I am looking for goldi-locks here (good drop with a noticeable roll resistance but not to the point that my fillings are knocked out ) Later on in the year....possibly around tax return time ..... I will be getting the front and rear sways as well. So ride height is my first concern, followed by any performance gain.
TPLGT
I have Swifts on JDM Spec B Rev As...( the stiffest of all Revs) and YES they are stiff but the dampening is great and the performance and drop are dynamite! I have a finger of so wheel gap. Rehab is for quitters.
Ryandigi
Do the JDM Spec B Rev As provide a lot more dampening than the dampers I got?
fonts
I have USDM SpecB suspension and have Swift springs. Drop is big if that's what you want. Find the ride a little harsh and am not totally happy with the setup. If I were to do it again I think I'd go for Pinks. Good luck.
rs6er
I have 2007 Spec B with stock struts and Ion HD springs. Not super low, but very comfortable. Note, there is more than one spec Ion spring for your car. Otthers lower more, but bottom.
