Guess they know it's a dangerous area...Not to mention people in the south like to drive with bald tires. Used to live in dallas and people do it all the time. No wonder they crashed out of control. I have friends about 1 to 1 and a half hour south of houston who dotn get snow at all, and then a coupel years back they got it. The snow stayed on the street for almost a week and they live i na town with only 30k people its nto very big.
