havanahjoe
He keeps mentioning a Mr. Needham or something like that because some guy sent a letter to the show asking why they don't do any thorough car reviews any more. And this was the answer to the viewers inquiry. "Is it green? Yes.. Very..."

havanahjoe
Will we see this car in the States ? Supposedly Ford is bringing it to the US soon to compete in the small car segment. "When the Fiesta makes its long-awaited American debut as a 2010 model, it will be built in Mexico and reportedly cost around $15,000" http://www.autoblog.com/2008/11/18/ford-reveals-us-bound-fiesta-sedan-in-china/ A friend of mine owned a 5h generation Fiesta in Mexico. It had a 1.3 liter engine and it sipped gas and was incredibly very good to drive in the city and on the highway.
Jerboa113
what a great sense of humor. or I guess this would be humour. putting a fiesta with the military and using it to wreck a vet is the only way to make the car seem not 100% garbage.. ... unfortunately.. it wasnt enough for me. fishbone
Already drove a Fiesta back in June while I was in Europe. Cute small car. No balls under 3K RPM whatsoever on that Euro Duratec.

Penguin
The US version will have a sweet Velour interior, whitewall tires, a vinyl landau top, and extra chrome, large protruding plastic body cladding will also be standard. A 4 speed automatic will be the only transmission, and it will be hooked up to a 1.5L 8 valve inline 4 cylinder OHV motor with cast iron block and heads. A comfort tuned suspension will round out the mechanicals. To keep costs down, and convenience up, seal beam headlamps will be used.
Jerboa113
and it will be mandatory to replace your current car with it. "The penalty good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men." - Plato
