O2 Sensor Wont Stay Put!

Sometime last year I helped a friend of mine do a turbo/header swap on his WRX. As part of the payment he gave me his old Turbo XS uppipe. Everything bolted up and was great. The sensor stayed in place for about 6 months. Then the nut holding it in place backed itself out. This time I put anti seize and it stayed for about a month, maybe less. I have had to repeat this process about 4 times now since the first time it happened. I have torqued it to the correct specs. Any other ideas? Anyone else have this issue?
