Odd tire wear

I just replaced my direzza 101s with bf goodrich g-force super sports. i didnt think they had very many miles, my car has 74k. i recently had a rear wheel bearing replaced. dont know if that cause this and they didnt mark which tire came from where so thats my guess. thoughts?

wear looks normal except for the first pic... which looks like it was rubbing either the fender or a part of the suspension... depending which side it was on.

 

 

actually the tires look like they are begining to dry rot

not sure, i bought the car last spring. it now has 74k miles. im almost due for an oil change, ill have it checked. could the bad wheel bearing have done this?
