95 legacy L ABS

i recently purchased 95 legacy wagon that came from Mass. rust!! the guy who sold it to me said it had braking issues, he didn't want to worry about it so he was letting it go. there was no pressure at the pedal. you would stop, but only after the pedal was to the floor and your downshifted a bit. i later found the line for the right-rear ABS was rusted and spewing fluid. granted, most articles/arguments i can find say to disconnect the ABS immediately, this does nothing for my leak. the connection that goes underneath the rear seat then converts to rubber is where my issue is. Just replace it? is that the simplest fix?
