Can anyone confirm what these are?

I saw this posted on my local Kijiji, add says that they are 18" Enkei's, don't have a model/offset. Can anyone confirm what these are, and potentially if they would fit an LGT?

Those are really old school Enkeis from the 90s.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. After some searching I found the model name to be Enkei Zoku.
