CTlegacy06 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 http://www.autoblog.com/2008/09/09/paris-preview-2010-mini-crossover-concept/#comments http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/09/01_mini_crossover_low_450op.jpg Looks like competition for the Impreza 5dr Outback (which is rated at 20/27mpg) , with either the 1.6L na or turbo could take some potential subaru customers away. With the Clubman rated at 26/34 this will probably see figures of 23/30ish which is still better than the Impreza. The only con would be that minis require premium. Personally id buy an AWD Mini if it was the same size/styling of the current gen Coopers.
korpsepatrol Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 with looks like that... i don't think subaru has to worry until the 2010 impreza which will look like a pink flamingo... than i see this eating some market share. 2008 6mt Legacy Gt Spec B DGM - Not so Stock/Work in progress 2006 5mt Legacy Gt OBP - Sold 2005 5eat Legacy Gt OBP - RIP R.I.P Coxx
05GT Guru Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Kinda looks like a infiniti SUV railed a mini and this ugly vehicle was created
iyalla Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Why does everything with AWD have to have an SUV look. Just slap that AWD drive system on a current cooper S and let the good times roll
Knight705 Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 maybe cause the awd system takes up more room so they lift it and also added cabin room to accommodate it?
godwhomismike Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 That is all sorts of awesome. I really like that.
godwhomismike Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Cooper s awd = the new king of cars? Doubtful, as in stock form it would be all sorts of slow. Still pretty cool though. .
G.T.Subie Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 That is all sorts of fulgly. Denial is your best friend
Guest heightsgtltd Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Does a king of cars have to be all sorts of fast?
Jacks GT Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Just to clear things up, i wanst refering to that 4x4 thing. I was refering to an awd mini cooper s, not that slow, 7.1 in fwd so how much could you knock off for awd?
