Passing Inspections in Quenns?

Hey guys.... Anyone on the board know where I can go in the Queens area to get an inspection done. At the current moment I can't pass because my TGV deletes are throwing out a code and clearing them won't do any good. The shop told me the only way is the return it to stock and everyone knows how much of a biotch it is to do TGV's... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
