People who've been behind the bumper...fog light wiring assistance?

I have taken a few pictures of the wires that are hanging behind the bumper of my LGT, these wires at one point had harnesses attached to them, i think. and these harnesses were suppsed to connect to another harness which connected to the OEM LGT USDMfoglights.

 

Over time though the harnesses on these wires have fallen off, and has left me with just a black, and a white wire in a black electrical tape tube thing.

 

Ive taken pictures of what these wires look like behind the bumper, so my question can someone double check via the pictures to confirm that these wires are infact the wires thaat powered the fog lights? thank you.

DRIVER SIDE

the following pictures show the driver side connection, these wires are wrapped very closely to the othr wires that you see.

One more request if its not asking too much... i am an amateur wiring guru. the black wire is obviously the group, but why is the other wire white? is it the power wire? or is there somewhere else that gives power to the fog's?

Yes Those are the Fog light wires

I only saw one fog light fuse, and that is the one that is located by the steering wheel in the cabinn, is that the only fuse regarding the fog light?

anybody know the part number for this piece? (its the piece that connected to the OEM wiring and then connected to the fog light harness.

 

can this be purchased seperate from the entire USDM fog light assembly?

 

ANother wierd question...I only have of those pieces(link above) and the left side is what connects to the JDM fog lights Wiring harness..and the right side connects to those wires that i have dangling in the original post. Would it be alright/ok/possible to Wire in th Right Fog light and the Left foglight onto the same Harness harness(link above)?

I may have a pair in my basement somewhere....somewhere, that is the key word. When I installed my OEM fogs they came with those, however aren't needed.

explain if you do not mind...why they are not needed, but came with them. Did you just wire in the harness of the Foglights directly into the wiring for the harness i have pictured above?

I'm not entirely sure why they supply that piece, but I'm pretty sure 05+ do not use that connector...usdm vehicles anyway.

The stock fog harness on the car already has that gray female piece attatched to it, so you remove that short wiring part from the foglight, which is pictured and just plug directly from the harness directly into the foglight wiring.

 

Also, I don't believe those are the correct wires on the driver's side...unless someone had cut them, they should be much longer.
