easton
Not yet! I've been trying to find a reasonable way to get a set of the JDM Bilstein aftermarket spring/shock/strut systems sent over. I'll be putting the winter wheel on soon, so that project will likely have to wait until spring.
easton
Here is how my OBXT currently sits. I had my rims straightened and painted by Skips' Wheel Werks in Beaverton. The taillights are from this thread. If you look closely, you will notice that I also had the chrome strip on the back painted body color as well. http://lh4.ggpht.com/_XgUa-PD7pEs/TF24pPJWmaI/AAAAAAAADTE/KH-qCbtlYGU/s800/IMG_5566.JPG http://lh5.ggpht.com/_XgUa-PD7pEs/TF24uq3hAOI/AAAAAAAADTM/MVaNNkMc56s/s800/IMG_5567.JPG
OutbackXT05
Cars looking sweet man. Once you get a little bit of lowering done its going to look like a whole new car. Thats what im working on at the moment, part hunting for some suspension. I like the color matched rims looks clean.

Just got my Cobb 3" Catted DP and infamous1 e-tune done yesterday, whole new car!

Scooby2.5
I had them straightened and painted by a place called skip's wheel werks here locally. Skip and his crew did a fantastic job. So you bent them and they needed painted???
easton
They are pretty soft, I bent them driving into a carwash! They rolled over the entry tracks at an angle and bent 2 of the lips, slightly. The finish was fine, but I wanted black to finish out my chrome/silver free appearance package. Now I just have to figure out what to do with the reverse lights, as they are just about the only silver reflective items left on the car.

Drift Motion
obxt looks really good in dgm! I would think subaru would give the xt the same brakes as the lgt...
easton
You would have thought that. I would say that the LGT/DBS Rotors/Hawk brakes, and the Rallitek bars have made shocking improvements to the car. Add the downpipe and an Infamous1 tune, and the car is a pretty serious sportwagon. easton
@Greg - 18x8 SSR 48 offset, 245/45/18 @KC - Thanks, I'm actually painting my stock rims tonight to prepare for my new set of Blizzak WS70s to be installed tomorrow. Winter photos to come!
Scooby2.5
^ Me want SSR's. I wouldn't have painted them but that is what I want to run on mine, same size and tire size...
easton
Bumping this up because I've got most of the parts necessary to get this sucker closer to the ground. I picked up a set of JDM Spec B wagon Bilsteins and UDSM LGT wagon springs. Already have Rallitek F/R bars, AVO bushing kit and am adding STI rear transmission mount. I'm on about rev 5 of my infamous tune and am absolutely loving how smooth the power delivery is. Can you say, ANTICIPATION?
easton
Car has about 92k right now and its time for some updates. Finally got the Bilsteins installed about a month back, but I'm rocking my painted stockers with Blizzaks. I think the car sits at a perfect height now. I used a 1/2" spacer in the rear. I go to Mt. Hood for snowboarding quite regularly, and even with the reduced ride height, I am able to push through 14" of snow. She's going under the knife next week to get a new ACT clutch, ball joints, tie-rod ends, timing belt kit/water pump, oil pump, injector clean, and alignment.
