So I couldn't really find a thread that asked this particular question. (and if you search gurus find one thats skippy with me)

Im starting to get some squeaking and squealing with my breaks so I'm thinking its time to do something with them.

However I'm not looking to go crazy and get some big brake kit or anything super expensive, my question is since im going to be getting new pads and rotors anyway is there anything that is around the same price or reasonably more expensive them OEM parts that would give me better performance?

Get stock Rotors or use your stock rotors if they are good. Get Axis Ulltimate Brake pads. Good fluid and be done with it. :)
SOLD | '06 spec.B - VF52/AVO/740cc/Up/Down | 238awhp | 50-80mph 3.1 seconds.

okay and where would i procure such things?

Autozone likely has stock rotors. The pads can be had at most perf. places. Email or PM one of the forum vendors. :)
