jrotes Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Pesto Garlic Bread 1 baguette Ingredients 1/4 cup butter, softened1/2 cup pesto, store bought1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese1 long sour dough baguette Steps <LI class=cookingguy_styles>Heat broiler <LI class=cookingguy_styles>Mix butter with pesto <LI class=cookingguy_styles>Slice baguette lengthwise and spread with pesto butter then sprinkle with parmesan <LI class=cookingguy_styles>Place under broiler until brown and bubbly but watch to keep from burning Remove from oven, slice and serve - or remove from oven and run like hell to another room and eat it all by yourself
