KartRacerBoy Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 I don't know why, but a tricycle race could look exciting with these guys. I watch a lot of racing, but the Aussie commentators for motorcycle racing (Superbikes or MotoGP) are always on edge and screaming. Same for the Aussie commentators for V8 Supercars. Do they have a policy of taking "uppers" or "speed" just b4 a race? American commentators either need to learn from these guys or we need to replace them all with Aussies.
Knight705 Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 hahaha, well i guess they do what is necessary to make it more exciting. i mean look at the commentators for soccer games from any latin america country. they yell like they won the lotto when it is even just a player passing the ball.
KartRacerBoy Posted February 25, 2008 Author Posted February 25, 2008 If that was true, American and Brit commentators could pull it off, too, at least for motorcycle racing where bikes pass and repass several times on the same lap. That's not it. I think its the Australian criminal heritage from Britain. And sun. Lots of sun.
f1anatic Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 SPEED F1 commentators are fun. Cause they're Brits.
KartRacerBoy Posted February 26, 2008 Author Posted February 26, 2008 Vasha is American. Hobbs and Matchett brits. I don't think matchett is exciting to listen to but he is informative. Hobbs is always a hoot.
