Plastic part missing under engine

I noticed the plastic under the engine cover was hanging low on one side. There seems to be a small plastic bolt missing that holds the cover in place. The hole is just in front of the right side wheel and about the cyl head. How did this come out? How can I replace it? It shouldn't cost too much for a tiny part.

Buy a new one
