lloyd41 Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I need to get new replacement blades for my 2007 subaru legacy......however, i do not know the size blades i should get to replace each wiper. 2006 had 24 in for the driver side and 18 in for the passenger side, but i don't know if 2007 is different. I can't find anything online to help with this matter. Any insight would be great.
kopy_kat Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 if you don't care about oem wiper blades, subie replaces them for free! but a lot of ppl here don't like subie blades.. here in CA hardly rains.. it does the job when it does rain.. not sure what is your weather condition...
Penphoe Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 In a pinch, you can fit a 19" blade on the passenger side (right), however it'll be a 1/2" too long at the top and bottom past the wiper blade heater. LaterZ! Darren!!

Yup, wiper blades are covered under 3/36 if you just want some free ones from the dealer. I still have the original OEM blades. I have my car for over 1.5 year and ~30k miles. They been through 2 winters and still work pretty well, go figure.

rudy Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 Any tips on removing the OEM ones? Maybe it's because I was trying to take them off when it was below freezing outside... *edit* Nevermind - warmer temps made all the difference, they slid right off.
