SubLGTaru Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I'm thinking about going with 18's for my 07 LGT. I was wondering, if I were to put, say 07 SpecB 18" wheels on my LGT, would it be about the same ride height and would the wheel gap look the same as that of a SpecB? I know the specb has the upgraded struts, but not sure if the springs are the same. I just wanted to know what your opinions were on this. If I should go with 17's or 18's. Will the 18's look bad on my car with stock ride height? Is there any pictures of 05-07 LGT's with 18's on stock ride height? Any comments and opinions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
SubLGTaru Posted January 29, 2008 Author Posted January 29, 2008 bump....anyone with a spec b might know.
Metal2You Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 Thread hijack: What is the stock ride height of an LGT?
SubLGTaru Posted January 29, 2008 Author Posted January 29, 2008 Not positive, I just mean what is the wheel gap difference if I were to put on 07 Spec B 18's compared to that of the wheel gap of those wheels on the spec B? Is it noticeably more, or does the Spec B use the same springs as the LGT's?
BrownBoy Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I think I read somewhere that the Spec. B actually sits higher in the front than the regular LGTs do.
Domain Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 To the best of my knowledge, ride height is ~= 6.1" (150mm) for the GT, and 6.3" (160mm) for the spec.B. There are plenty of pictures around here of LGT's on 18's however...
