Interesting comment. Back in the 70s, you couldn't look at the house across the street in LA without seeing smog. It was quite a bad problem. Legislation was passed to start cleaning it up and it worked to a fairly impressive degree. Now we have folks who never saw how bad the smog problem was either because they're too young or because they never bothered to inform themselves believing that smog has never been a problem. I swear humans really are just a bunch of stupid monkeys for the most part.

I wonder what produces more smog , cars that are not functioning the way they should ... or the Huge trucks or the damn school busses , those things are horrible,

 

if the problem is smog, fix those first they are the gross poluters, ofcourse , its more profitable to go after the little people, **** them ! its not about the smog, its about money.
