I can get a trans rebuilt for $1500+ with a 2 year warranty or get a used transmission put in for under $600 with a 90 day warranty. All I need is the car to last 2 years and money is an issue. Cincy_Machine Posted September 24, 2007 Author Share Posted September 24, 2007 I'm going with the used trans, after talking to the place that will supply the trans it will have a 1 year warranty so $1000 for an extra year isn't worth it to me.
