Rotrex power for 3.0R

Recommended Posts

We try to start abrox... 8 psi

Do anyone know how much stock EZ30R can take...or do we just have to test it

On the turbo side, Perrin and PDX Tuning turbo'ed a 3.0R in a bugeye WRX with a big Garrett turbo and pushed it to 600+ whp at 25 psi.

Make sure to let us know how you tune the valve lift system on the H6 and how much it produces compared to just tuning the valve timing. iirc, PDX had to go to aftermarket ECU control (Hydra?) due to the active valve lift control requiring an additional channel.

It's been a while since I've read up on that old project.

Car works perfectly... 0.15bar boost 286hp/6000rpm ( So basically no boost at all  ) we still have orginal softa/fuel pressure only rotrex added. AFR goest too lean so thats why only 6000rpm. Now we only have to wait ECUTEK + check the medicine for fuel pressure ( Walbro?? )

This stock Spec B gives 238hp in our dyno

And the best thing so far...there is no any kind of noice/sound from engine base...silent as a whisper:wub:

Am I missing something? Why is the intake waaayyyy in the back of the engine bay? IC'd or not....wouldn't it be better to snort air BEFORE the motor warms it?
