Tide
We've modified the LegacyGT.com Default style into a LegacyGT.com Light style, which on average is 33% less HTML with a very similar look to our Default. Average thread size dropped from 160k to 100k. We'll be optimizing this theme more over time. :)

axis008
Thanks Chad! The lowered sizes will help your bandwidth and server, and my bandwidth a lot! -ben
agctr
Fantastic idea for ppl that dont as of yet have the massive pipes into their houses and businesses. Great thinking Chad. Adam.
SBT
Does this explain why all of a sudden tonight all of the fonts are larger in the s/n, siggie boxes and on the user panel at the top? My old eyes picked up on this right away. Nothing else has changed between yesterday and today on my system so thinking it might be the revised coding. Guest *Jedimaster*
I don't see a difference either. Broadband makes everything seem fast.
SBT
Jedi - think it was my browser, I shut down and reset everything and it works fine now. I thought I'd try it with Mozilla Firefox too and it works great but doesn't load as fast as IE Tide - Yeah - lame - I use s/n for screen name. SBT[/QUOTE] I think MFF still has a memory leak problem. It takes up double the memory of IE on my PCs. Still can't stand to use IE so FF still has teh win. :D
