Outback Pics from recent camping trips

Just thought I would post a couple of pics from two recent camping trips. The first photo is from a quick trip up to the NSW Central Coast with some friends (mine is the outback, theirs is the Liberty). This was a short weekend break to make sure all the equipment was working.

The other photos are from a week and a half where we drove down the NSW coats to Wilsons Promotory in Victoria. We then drove back through Melbourne and the NSW Snowy Mountains.

Car report . . beautiful. I've done a few driving trips in my time, in various countries and in various cars, and I can safely say that a Subaru Outback is the right tool for the job. I love the fact that it can handle a dirt road, but with limited compromise on the tarmac. I really like being able to pull off to the side of a country road without having to be worried about smacking the bottom of the car. When the other half sees an emu, we have to stop for a photo - even if we're doing 100 km/h - so being able to pull off anywhere is a great advantage. I reckon that if I need to hire a car for such a trip, I wouldn't go past an Outback.
